I'm a family + wedding photographer based in the Black Hills, South Dakota. I've always had a love for photography, but truly fell in love after having my children and documenting their every moves. WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME
I always strive to make the session experience one that you leave not only excited to see your portraits, but that you also feel comfortable in doing. One of the biggest challenges of photography is capturing the real, raw moments without looking staged or overdone where the client is visibly uncomfortable. I aim to make it an effortless process of just capturing the beauty in front of the lens & leaving the clients comfortable + confident in their portraits.
WHAT MY EDITING STYLE IS
IVivid contrast and moody tones done in a tasteful way is how I prefer to edit. Every picture is different, and while I do utilize a similar style in all of my sessions, each picture is unique and I edit more to the picture than to my typical style. I always want you to look back at your pictures as art, not as a trend. I aim to create images for you that are timeless + done in taste to preserve the memory.
